Administration Fee : $300.00 (Per Household)
Refundable Security Deposit: $500.00 (With approved credit)
Deposit Alternative: $15.00 - $30.00 Monthly, non refundable.

Fetch Package Fee: $20.00 (Monthly)
Utility Billing Fee: $5.00 (Monthly)
Valet Trash Fee: $25.00 (Monthly)

Pet Fee : $400.00 (One-time, due at move in) optional
